Our new Chef, native from Brittany, Olivier Colin, brings a new breathe to the gastronomic cooking of "Le Château de Creissels" with a surf and turf mix inspired by Japan. Olivier Colin has acquired these flavors blends throughout his culinary expériences abroad. The former Chef of the gastronomic restaurant "Le 180°" ("Relais et Château" Castel Clara- Belle-Ile-en Mer) propose a cuisine blending originality, creativity and technicality. Passionate about products of his distant Brittany, his cuisine is a mix of regional food from Brittany and Aveyron. Daily menu, tasting menu, according to his inspiration, in harmony with the season.
