Our restaurant in Aveyron, near Millau and the Gorges du Tarn, invites you, first and foremost, on a journey through history. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm and for dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm at 07 71 91 14 21.
The restaurant is closed for weekly holidays every Mondays, as well as Tuesday at noon.
The restaurant is also closed on Saturday at noon (except special requests, contact us).

Our new Chef, native from Brittany, Olivier Colin, brings a new breathe to the gastronomic cooking of "Le Château de Creissels" with a surf and turf mix inspired by Japan. Olivier Colin has acquired these flavors blends throughout his culinary expériences abroad. The former Chef of the gastronomic restaurant "Le 180°" ("Relais et Château" Castel Clara- Belle-Ile-en Mer) propose a cuisine blending originality, creativity and technicality. Passionate about products of his distant Brittany, his cuisine is a mix of regional food from Brittany and Aveyron. Daily menu, tasting menu, according to his inspiration, in harmony with the season.
