Originally from Brittany, our chef Olivier Colin has provided a breath of fresh air to the château’s gourmet cuisine offerings. Inspired by Japan he combines the very best produce of both land and sea. Olivier Colin has honed these mixtures of flavours throughout his journeys across France and beyond. He began his career in many positions and in all types of restaurants, in places such as Courchevel, the Landes region of Southern France, Canada, Switzerland and Brittany, finally joining the Château de Creissels in 2018.
Formerly the chef of the gourmet restaurant “Le 180°” (located at the Relais & Châteaux Castel Clara in Belle-Île-en-Mer), Olivier Colin's cuisine combines originality, creativity and technical flair. Passionate about the produce of his native Brittany, he offers dishes that combine the best of Aveyron and Brittany. Whether you choose the menu du jour, the tasting menu inspired by the moment, or the à la carte menu that changes according to the seasons, the chef, along with his wife Victoria who works front of house, will lead you on a culinary odyssey through a meal specially conceived to excite your tastebuds and provide you with a moment like no other.

The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 to 1:30 pm and for dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
