The château’s restaurant is the realm of chef Olivier Colin. Originally from Brittany, this talented chef has travelled far and wide and has worked in a number of major establishments, including the gourmet restaurant at the Castel Clara Hotel on Belle Île. His cuisine is creative, precise and subtle, all the while never ignoring his own roots or the traditions and fresh local produce of the Aveyron. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, serving you in the warm atmosphere of the vaulted dining hall or on the terrace in warmer weather.
